Who We Are

Circuit HQ is a tournament management platform operated by Taco Truck Creative LLC. This policy covers data collected through the U.S. Junior Golf Tour website and related services hosted on the Circuit HQ platform.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you:

  • Create an account (name, email address, phone number)
  • Register a player for a tournament (player name, date of birth, gender)
  • Make a payment (processed securely by Stripe; we never store full card numbers, CVVs, or bank account details on our servers)
  • Opt in to text message updates (name, phone number, IP address, consent timestamp)
  • Submit a contact form or support request

We automatically collect:

  • Device type, browser, and operating system via standard web server logs
  • IP address
  • Pages visited and actions taken within the platform

How We Use Your Information

  • Process tournament registrations, payments, and refunds
  • Send transactional communications (registration confirmations, payment receipts, scoring updates, tee time assignments)
  • Send promotional messages about upcoming tournaments, but only when you have opted in
  • Maintain leaderboards, rankings, season standings, and player records
  • Provide scoring and analytics features within the platform
  • Improve the platform, diagnose technical issues, and prevent fraud

Text Messages (SMS/MMS)

If you opt in to text message updates, we will send tournament-related messages to the phone number you provide via our messaging provider, Telnyx. Message frequency varies based on tournament activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Your phone number will only be used to send messages from U.S. Junior Golf Tour. We will never share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Email Communications

Transactional emails (registration confirmations, password resets, payment receipts) are delivered through Resend. These emails are sent from hello@circuithq.app and are necessary for the operation of your account. You cannot opt out of transactional emails while your account is active.

Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. When you make a payment, your card information is collected directly by Stripe through their secure checkout interface. We receive a transaction identifier and payment status from Stripe but never see or store your full card number, expiration date, or security code.

Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information. You can review it at stripe.com/privacy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe for payment processing
  • Telnyx for text message delivery
  • Resend for transactional email delivery
  • Supabase for database hosting and authentication

Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver their service and in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

Account and player data is retained as long as your account is active. Tournament results, scores, and rankings are retained indefinitely as part of the historical record of competitive play. If you close your account, we will delete your personal profile information but retain anonymized competitive records.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Children's Privacy and Parental Rights

This platform is designed for use by junior golfers, many of whom are minors. All player accounts for individuals under 18 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian through their own authenticated account.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verified parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information without parental consent, please contact us immediately and we will remove the data.

Parents and guardians have the right to:

  • Review personal information collected about their child
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of their child's data
  • Withdraw consent for future data collection

Governing Law

This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
