Financial Assistance

Entry fees should not be the reason a junior golfer misses an event. Families can apply for assistance with an entry fee, and an approved award reduces or fully covers it.

Full or partial

An award either waives the entry fee completely or reduces it by a set amount. The reduction is applied before you pay, not refunded afterwards.

Per event or per season

An award can apply to one specific tournament, or carry across the season so you do not reapply for every event.

Minimal information

We ask for household size, a broad income range, and a short statement in your own words. We do not ask for tax returns, pay stubs, or any document upload.

How to apply

  1. Sign in to your parent or guardian account. Applications are tied to a player on your account, so you need an account first. Sign in or create one.
  2. Start registering your player for the event you want to play. The assistance request lives inside the registration flow, so you apply for the event in front of you rather than filling in a separate form.
  3. Complete the short request. Household size, an income range, and a few sentences about your situation.
  4. Tour staff review it. The decision, and any note from the reviewer, appears in your portal under Financial Aid.

What happens after a decision

If your request is approved, the award is applied to the entry fee automatically the next time you check out for a covered event. A full waiver takes the fee to zero and no payment is needed. A partial award reduces the amount you are charged.

You can withdraw an open request at any time from Financial Aid in your portal, and you can apply again after a decision. You can hold one open request per player per event.

What we ask for, and what we do not

The application asks for a household size, a broad income range, and your own short statement. That is all we store. We do not collect or keep tax documents, pay stubs, benefit letters, Social Security numbers, or uploaded files of any kind, and the checkout system that applies your award never sees your income range or your statement.

Requests are visible to the tour staff who review them. They are not shown on your player's public profile, in results, or to other families. See our privacy policy for how we handle personal information generally.

Questions

If you are not sure whether to apply, apply. If you would rather talk it through first, contact the tour and ask for the financial assistance team.
