Refund Policy
How entry fee and membership refunds work, and how to ask for one.
Entry fees
Registering for a tournament is a commitment to play it. Fields are limited, and a late withdrawal usually means a place that another junior golfer could have taken goes unused.
Refunds of a tournament entry fee are issued at the discretion of the tour. Request one before the event start date by contacting the tour, and tell us the player's name, the event, and the reason. We will tell you the outcome directly.
There is no self-service cancellation. Withdrawing your player from an event and requesting money back are two separate things, and a withdrawal on its own does not start a refund.
Membership fees
Membership fees are non-refundable, except in extraordinary circumstances determined by the tour. If you believe your situation qualifies, contact us and explain it.
Cancelling a membership stops future renewals. It does not refund the current term.
If the tour cancels or shortens an event
Tournaments can be cancelled or modified because of weather, course conditions, insufficient entries, or other factors outside our control. When that happens the tour contacts every registered family directly with the options for that specific event.
The standing policy for these situations is part of the schedule being finalised above. It will be published here rather than decided case by case once it is confirmed.
Financial assistance and waived fees
Financial assistance reduces an entry fee before you are charged, so there is nothing to refund on the waived portion. If you paid a reduced amount and later need to withdraw, the request process is the same as any other. Read about financial assistance.
How to request a refund
- Contact the tour before the event start date where possible.
- Include the player's name, the event name and date, and the reason for the request.
- Tour staff review it and reply to you with a decision.
- An approved refund is returned to the card or account used to pay. We cannot send it anywhere else.
