Terms of Service
Effective date: April 15, 2026
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the U.S. Junior Golf Tour platform (operated on Circuit HQ by Taco Truck Creative LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform.
Platform Use
Circuit HQ is a tournament management platform designed for organizing, scoring, and tracking competitive junior golf events. The U.S. Junior Golf Tour operates on this platform to provide tournament registration, live scoring, leaderboards, player rankings, and related services.
Accounts and Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. A parent or legal guardian must create and maintain accounts for all players under the age of 18. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.
Tournament Registration and Payment
- Entry fees are displayed at the time of registration and processed through Stripe. Free tournaments do not require payment.
- Registration constitutes a commitment to participate. Failure to appear may result in a no-show status on your record.
- Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the tour operator. Refund requests should be directed to the tour operator before the event start date.
- Membership fees, where applicable, are non-refundable except in extraordinary circumstances determined by the tour operator.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify tournaments due to weather, course conditions, insufficient registrations, or other factors beyond our control.
Code of Conduct
All participants, parents, and guardians are expected to:
- Demonstrate sportsmanship and respect toward fellow competitors, volunteers, course staff, and officials at all times
- Follow the Rules of Golf as published by the USGA and any local rules established by the tournament committee
- Maintain appropriate behavior on and off the course during tournament events
- Report scores honestly and accurately
- Refrain from unsportsmanlike conduct, including but not limited to: abusive language, equipment abuse, deliberate slow play, and disrespect toward officials
Violations of the code of conduct may result in disqualification from the current event, suspension from future events, or permanent removal from the tour, at the discretion of the tour operator.
Scoring and Results
Scores entered through the platform are subject to verification by tournament administrators. Published results and rankings are maintained as a historical record and may not be modified after tournament completion except to correct verified errors. Tournament standings and season rankings are calculated automatically by the platform based on verified scores.
Media Release
By registering for a tournament, you acknowledge and agree that tournament results, scores, player names, finish positions, and statistical data are published publicly on the platform, including on leaderboards, standings pages, and player profiles. This information is considered part of the public record of competitive play and is not subject to deletion requests under normal circumstances.
Photographs or video taken by the tour during events may be used for promotional purposes on the tour website and social media channels.

- Message frequency varies based on tournament activity.

You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information during registration or account creation
- Access another user's account without authorization
- Interfere with the operation of the platform or attempt to circumvent security measures
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission
